If you are a consumer and contract to buy from us through our website or
over the telephone then, in most cases, the contract will be subject to
the Regulations.
If the Regulations apply you may give us notice of cancellation of your
order within 7 working days of the date of your order.

If you have received the product(s) that you ordered then you are
responsible for taking reasonable care of the product(s) while they are
in your possession.
You are also responsible for the costs of returning the product(s) to us.
You may choose to return the product(s) to us directly or you may require
us to collect the product(s) from the address to which the product(s) were
delivered. If you require us to collect the product(s) we will deduct the
costs of collection from the amount of the order to be refunded to you.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the Regulations or in any event
within 28 days of the date of cancellation.
