1. How do I know which is the right size for me?
There are many different sizing systems, but we have worked on the traditional
UK size charts. However even if you know what size you are the style of different
clothes can affect how well they fit different body types.
If you have any questions about sizes you can email us your query by filling in the enquiry form here or call us on 0870 0453 167. And remember if you are unhappy about the fit
in any way you can return it free for an exchange or refund.
2. What if the garment isn’t right?
We want you to enjoy our clothes and part of that is knowing that should
there be anything you’re not happy with you can return the garment
easily. We therefore have a free returns service which you can use to return
garments, for whatever reason (within 14 days) and we will either provide
an exchange or refund.
3. How much are the delivery charges?
UK Delivery
All our orders are sent using Royal Mail next day delivery and we have
a standard £5.95 p&p charge no matter how many garments you
order.
We aim to send out your order within 24 hours, but please allow 4 working
days for it to be delivered.
All parcels need to be signed for on delivery, so please choose the most
convenient delivery address for you.
Overseas Delivery
If you would like a parcel delivered outside of the UK please contact us
with your order requirement either by email or phone and we will be able
to provide with you delivery costs.

5. How secure is your site?
Payments are made online through a secure environment by credit card. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Amex.
