Returns policy – unworn items
You can return any garment for an exchange or refund if you return the
goods within 14 days of the invoice date. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging with swing tags and labels all attached. If
you request a refund you will receive this within 30 days of returning the
item. The return postage is free but you must be responsible for ensuring
the safe return of the item.
Returns policy - faulty or substandard products
If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged when sent to you we will
refund you the cost of the goods along with the cost of your delivery charges.
The returns postage is free. To return faulty goods please follow the steps

All prices quoted on the website are correct at the time of publication
and are shown as pounds sterling and include where required VAT at 17.5%.
Delivery
We use the Royal Mail next day delivery system for all UK orders
and we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. You should
receive your goods within 4 days of receipt of order.
