Returning products
We want you to enjoy our clothes and part of that is knowing that they are
easy to buy and should there be anything you’re not happy with it’s
easy to return.
If for any reason you are not happy with the garment just return it unworn
within 14 days and we will either provide an exchange or refund. Please note
that we aren’t able to refund the original post and packing charge
for returns or exchanges unless, of course, the garment was faulty.
How to return a product
Returning a product is easy and free. Simply put the garment back into the Chin Choi postal box
and attach the return address sticker. We'd really appreciate it if you could fill out the returns
note as this will help us keep improving the service we offer.
Please note that we can not be responsible for goods whilst in transit from our customers so please
arrange adequate insurance cover and ask the Post Office for a Certificate of Posting as proof of
posting.
